Do I have to move my furniture before a carpet cleaning?

Yes. Please clear the areas prior to cleaning. This way you get the most value from your carpet cleaning. We cannot move your furniture for safety reasons.

How much do you charge?

The average cost for cleaning one room of residential carpet is about $65. This cost varies by the size of the room. Commercial carpet cleaning costs range from $0.24 to $0.55 per square foot depending on condition and total area.

Do you guarantee stain and odor removal?

We are successful at removing or reducing most stains and odors, but it is impossible for any carpet cleaner to guarantee complete stain and odor removal. Your technician will walk you through their planned approach to stain and odor removal to ensure that you are happy with the process.

Can I walk on my carpets after they are cleaned?

Yes, but it is best to stay off of them as much as possible. Ask your technician for shoe covers.

Can you clean wool carpets?

Yes! We love wool carpets, and we are experts in their cleaning. Wool requires special knowledge and techniques. Do not try and clean your wool carpets by yourself! Leave it to the professionals.

How long will my carpets take to dry?

Drying times range from 2 hours to 6 hours depending on the methods of cleaning, and the type of carpeting you have. The more plush your carpet is, the longer it will take to dry. Don't worry, because we have the knowledge and tools to get your carpets as dry as possible before we leave.

Do I have to be present during my carpet cleaning?

No, but you must be able to be contacted by call or text during your cleaning time.

Is it safe for kids and pets?

Yes! We use natural cleaning solutions like citrus and oxygen to clean and sanitize your carpets. We promise not to leave any residue, or use any harsh chemicals.

What should I do to prepare for my carpet cleaning?

Clear the areas you need cleaned.
Leave a parking spot near the entrance to your home so we can park our truck mount machine.
Make sure there is a garden hose connection on the outside of your home so we can connect our machine to a water supply.
Check your phone for text updates with precise arrival times.

Can you clean upholstery?

Yes! Please let us know if you want any furniture cleaning. We can clean furniture upholstered with performance fabrics, cotton, linen, wool, or microfiber.
